FAQs
Sessions take place over Zoom from the comfort of your own home. You'll receive a link before your appointment along with simple instructions on how to prepare. I'll guide you through the entire experience, just as I would in person.
Yes. Many people find online sessions just as powerful because they are able to relax in the comfort and privacy of their own space. In-person and online offer their own unique experience.
Choose a quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed. You will need to set up your laptop or phone so I can see from your head to your waist . If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, a history of seizures, glaucoma, retinal detachment, or have any concerns about your health, please consult with your healthcare provider and reach out to me before booking to determine whether this practice is appropriate for you.
Not at all. Whether it's your first session or you've practiced breathwork before, you'll be guided every step of the way.
